My conversation with Graham is filled with practical tips on conversations with family, how to be genuine even in tough situations, and even how to exit a conversation if necessary. One of my favorite tips from Graham for removing the stress we often feel in these difficult conversations is to focus on the person and their experiences more than the issue.
